Job Description
Adonia is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive customer delight, lead salon staff, and maintain our premium brand standards at our Bashundhara R/A branch.
The Branch Manager will be directly responsible for daily salon branch operations, quality control, customer satisfaction, staff scheduling, local promotional events, and management reporting.
Educational Requirements
- BBA or MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
- Strong background in marketing, salon/hospitality or retail operations is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Bangla and professional working proficiency in English.
